The flower arrangement was amazing. The customer service was very good. There were changes that needed to be made to the arrangement and the owner was very communicative and replaced the flowers with some of my wife's favorite flowers. The delivery was right on time. AMAZING!!! We recently ordered flowers from D' Agee & Co. Florist for a friend who had just undergone surgery at the hospital, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We called in our order, and the flowers were delivered in less than an hour—something we truly appreciated during such an important time. Brenda, the owner, was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and helpful. I am from Wisconsin and called in a phone order this morning for my mother’s birthday. Owner was so kind and helpful. She’s been doing floral work more than 40 years and it shows. The arrangement she made is so beautiful and my mom was really happy. Highly recommend!

I ordered my bridal bouquet and asked specifically when I went in if they could get Peonies. I was told they could but they would be $15/stem and would need at least 3 to make the bouquet look right. I shared inspiration pics in person, as well as emailed them to the shop as soon as I left. I did not give them a price limit, I asked the questions, discussed flowers and they gave me the price for my bouquet. Fast forward to wedding day- I pick up my bouquet and there is not one Peony in the bouquet. The OWNER of the store came up to talk to me and I explained all this as well as pointed out on my order sheet that Peonies was written in all caps. She advised they did not have any peonies and that there was nothing they could do. Oh, she did offer to put some fake ones in my bouquet full of fresh flowers. She also suggested I could go to some other stores and try and find my own. I told her I did not want the fake flowers- she kept blaming the employee that took my order and ordered the flowers-as she apologized for " passing the buck" She also advised me that I had the value I paid for in flowers, and that if I wanted Peonies, I should have paid at least $75 more than I was charged.

I have visited this florist several times in the past couple of years. I must share, hands down, the outstanding customer service I have always received, specifically from the store owner Brenda, has been unsurpassed. My mother recently passed away, and an absolutely magnificent floral arrangement was delivered by this florist to the funeral home. I did not have the contact information for the individuals who sent this lovely arrangement. I immediately contacted this store, and through the store managers' (Brenda) efforts, she was able to retrieve their contact information, and I was able to finally reach out to the individuals who sent this arrangement, and thank them. I highly recommend this florist for their excellent customer service and their beautiful selection of floral arrangements, flowers, cards and many very unique gift items!
